@GWRHelp Thanks Celia, I know it’s not down to you but in 10+ years I’ve yet to see any real evidence of planning. With each timetable revision there seems to be longer journey times, less choice & more connecting trains that depart Reading a couple of minutes before the incoming arrival
@GWRHelp Hi Celia it’s what supposed to be the 17:08 from Maidenhead to Didcot which is getting later despite for some reason the journey now taking 3 mins more than it used to. If on time we get into Didcot at 17:55 the same time as a fast PAD train & one from Bristol - great scheduling
@GWRHelp Please can you explain why the evening trains from Maidenhead to Didcot now all seem to take longer than they used to? despite fewer TFL trains running to Reading now as well
@GWRHelp lines finally reopened & what do you do?, cancel the first train from Reading to Didcot & make us wait another 30 mins - why was the Swansea train allowed to sit at Reading for over an hour & then when it’s ready to go cancel it?
@GWRHelp sorry, but why is it seemingly impossible to give the public accurate information at Reading - the signs say one thing, the announcements another & then staff say the train isn’t running at all so hundreds of people are charging from one platform to another
@BBC_HaveYourSay more rail strikes announced…. As they are 13-17 December does this mean that the RMT are confident that England are going to reach at least the semifinals of the World Cup?
@GWRHelp Thanks Kyle, despite being 25 minutes late we get to sit at a red signal outside Reading for a poxy freight train - thanks for ruining this evenings plans
