The #Panthers have officially hired #Chiefs VP of Football Operations Brandt Tilis for a high-ranking position in their front office with new GM Dan Morgan. Tilis has been in Kansas City since 2010 and has had a big hand in working with GM Brett Veach, primarily in salary cap management and roster strategy.
