The visibility of all pro‑Ukrainian accounts, including mine, has dropped dramatically. Please help me fight the algorithm by visiting my profile and boosting posts about today’s Russian war crimes. Pic for attention.

@chrisheatherly @Thisisbulls___ @VolodyaTretyak Ohh my good, dear Americans, you only see where Europe benefited, but your eyes are closed for all the benefits USA have gotten, which is probably more. Start asking that question and you will realize Trump is feeding your with propaganda

Finland president Alexander Stubb: “I think at the end of the day the United States will find themselves in a lonely place. I'm most pro-American president in Europe. I'm avid transatlanticist. I want relationship to work. But I also fully realize that, with certain patterns of behavior, there's going to be a feeling of, 'Okay, if you treat me like that, I don't feel very good about it.' We can see that with European states, Gulf states and many others. I hope that it's in interest of United States to have close friends and allies, if it wants to continue to be one of the world's hegemons.”

@McFaul Regardless of what one thinks of Trump and how bad he is, this says more about these countries than about the US (under Trump). With or without Trump, these countries have real problems and depending on China will make them worse.

@JohannaNyman5 @RasmusJarlov @jjsalmo @RasmusJarlov you forgot the fact, that Trump also threatened us (read Denmark on Greenland), now Spain…., who is next ? And again, EU will have to handle all the refugees, because of an American started conflict. No USA not taking their share, just using too much money on war

The US American right wing is now blaming Europe for not helping them attack Iran. To be honest, Europe does not yet have very clear opinions about this. The USA launched a war without warning, without a public debate, and without consulting Europe, so we are only now starting to form opinions about it. Right now, I think most people feel like this: NATO is a defensive alliance. We have no obligation to join U.S. attacks on other countries. We would only do so if they involved us and presented compelling reasons, clear objectives, and a solid plan. And all of that is missing. There is no question that the Iranian regime is evil and deserves to be overthrown after it killed 30,000 demonstrators. But the goal does not seem to be regime change, and the threat of nuclear weapons is not convincing. We all remember the USA lying about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and cannot be expected to trust a similar claim at face value again. We need better reasons and stronger evidence before entering a war without a plan that is likely to result in chaos. I am open to arguments, but I think this is how most Europeans feel right now.

@PKurzin @SuppressedNws1 @SuppressedNws 1. didn’t your parents raise you to speak nice. 2. In theory no, but she is probably (as most Europeans) so upset with Trump now, trying to take every country’s freedom, that all just comes out. 3. Leaving NATO could align European defence, making it cheaper but still strong

⚡️🇪🇸BREAKING: Spain’s MEP Irene Montero calls on Spain to leave NATO and says: “The United States and Israel are currently the main threats to the security and stability of humanity” “People don't have to pay for Trump's illegal invasions. We must prevent and limit the price of energy, food, and basic products right now, make public transportation free, and leave NATO because being allies of the US puts us in danger.”

This! 👇💯 Trump does not understand what Putin truly wants: his strategy is built on the illusion that the Kremlin would settle for territorial concessions and Ukraine’s neutrality. In reality Putin seeks full control over Ukraine, its political life, future, and choices.

@BohuslavskaKate I think we tried diplomacy for a long time. Diplomacy only works, if the leader either care about the population, or is under pressure personally. Zelensky care about Ukrainians, why he wants a ceasefire. Putin don’t, and has not been hit personally, but Russians do suffer …🇩🇰🇺🇦

Vance on Ukraine: "I'm sure that Vladimir Putin has his military objectives and obviously he hasn't stopped the killing, even though the president wants that very much to happen, but the way to solve this is to continue to engage in diplomacy." The way to stop the killing was... to stop the killing. Ukraine agreed to an unconditional ceasefire you proposed almost a year ago, but russia did not. And you simply went with their refusal without any pressure. Your version of 'diplomacy' is pressuring Ukraine while allowing russia to continue the killings.

China, Pakistan, India abstained. Only these 3 make 3.5 billion population. If I look into middle east, would be 4 billion+ So half of the world is not buying your logic. You are giving NATO an access to Russian borders. Who made you think that Russia will invade Ukraine - just to sell their NATO invitation? Russia would have never entered Ukraine if you kept good diplomatic and economic relations with Russia. Someone gave you a stick and advised to enter in Lions territory to teach a lesson but see- here you are. Begging every country for funds and military support. It is time for Ukraine to get rid from West backed Candidate

I am grateful to each of the 107 countries that stood with Ukraine today in defense of life at the @UN. The General Assembly adopted our resolution in support of a lasting peace, with clear calls for a full ceasefire and the return of our people. These are the right and necessary steps. And we will keep working actively to achieve peace, together with our partners.

@ZelenskyyUa @UN Shameful. When the U.S. lines up with dictators and war enablers instead of democracies, something has gone profoundly wrong. Superpower status traded for moral bankruptcy. History won’t remember the excuses — only the moment America stood on the wrong side of life.

STATEMENT OF THE PRIME MINISTER OF THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC 🇸🇰 I have fulfilled what I declared on Saturday: “If oil supplies to Slovakia are not restored by Monday, I will ask SEPS, the state-owned joint-stock company, to halt emergency electricity supplies to Ukraine. In January 2026 alone, these emergency deliveries needed to stabilize the Ukrainian energy grid were twice as high as for the entire year 2025.”

79.3% of Denmark’s 2025 defense budget — committed to Ukraine. Denmark, Estonia, and Sweden are spending more than half of their annual defense budgets to help us fight. This is what defending democracy really looks like. Thank you 🇩🇰 🇪🇪 🇸🇪 Ukraine will not forget.

Trump just lost a Supreme Court case limiting his emergency powers, so naturally he's pivoting to "Europe is too woke." He's praising Hungary—where Orbán dismantled judicial independence and press freedom—as the model. "Woke" now means "won't let autocrats do whatever they want."

Taliban have arrested a girl in Ghor province, Afghanistan. Her “crime”? Noria was forced to disguise herself as a boy just to survive. After her father died, she became the sole provider for her family, working in a restaurant for three years. This is the reality for women under Taliban rule: in a country where women are banned from work, education, sports, and public life and where poverty deepens by the day Noria is a symbol of millions of girls who are the only breadwinners for their families, and then punished for simply struggling to survive.

Freedom House views the EU's Digital Services Act (DSA) as a positive step for platform transparency and accountability, requiring reports on content moderation and risks, though it notes potential for over-removal of content and government abuse impacting speech (per their 2024 analysis). Yes, their reports cover US platform moderation, noting declines in internet freedom due to self-censorship, government pressures on online expression (e.g., visa revocations for posts), and legal battles over the last decade. Yes, they report arrests: In the UK, over 12,000 in 2023 for online posts, with concerns over broad laws; in Germany, prosecutions for criticizing politicians and manipulated content.
