Hey @usbank quick update, it’s not being resolved quickly. Looking forward to getting my money back and moving banks due to how poorly this has been handled.

@usbank been over a week since @Zelle went down and I had a failed internal payment/transfer. Just talked to a rep that it could be up to 45 days to get it back in my account. Absolutely awful service. Once received I will be changing banks.

Both of these are still true. Thank you for everything @Dame_Lillard and for all the memories. Go get that ring!
