BREAKING: The prosecution intends to call Tyler Robinson's parents and his roommate and romantic partner, Lance Twiggs, to testify at the preliminary hearing. That's significant. The people closest to him — his parents and his boyfriend he lived with — are the prosecution's witnesses. The defense is asking for a six-month delay. They received over 600,000 files on March 12 alone, discovery is still incomplete, and their forensic biologist says she needs six months just to review the evidence. The preliminary hearing is currently set for May 18.

Imagine you are a working father living in the Midwest, you make 75k a year. You can support your family, but you're not rich. You worry about paying for college. Then you read about some Somalian stealing $1m out of federal healthcare programs.
$1 million for the normal guy would eliminate an enormous amount of his stress. The college thing would be covered. Retirement wouldn't appear so daunting. It's why guys like this buy lottery tickets. And instead he pays into the system and watches "newcomers" make a complete ass out of him. This fraud is bad financially, but it just makes a mockery of all the hard work of normal people and tears away at the social fabric.

No doubt it’s a double standard. Some people can say whatever they want but others get fired for saying much less. Steve Kerr,Doc,Popovich have all run their mouths but they get absolutely nothing done to them. I’ve had coworkers that have tried to get me fired for my views. Sad but it’s true. @lendyull5292 @Breaking911 The fragments of the bullet were inconclusive, aka they were too small to analyze any markings on them & match to the rifling of the firearm. The defense is trying to use that to sow doubt despite the spent casing & rifle having Robinson's DNA all over them.

"Did not match" is an odd way to say it was broken up so bad from hitting bone it couldn't be forensically reconstructed.
