A joint statement on Bystander Bleeding Control for London. People can lose a lot of blood, very quickly from bleeding wounds. Pressing directly on a wound with a piece of material until help arrives can make all the difference. We encourage all Londoners to get confident in delivering basic first aid to bleeding wounds.

Thanks to the @camdengiving grant, we taught 12 young people in Camden using psychologically informed approaches.👏
We also taught a further 18 young people, who are interested in careers in healthcare and asked very interesting questions. 💪

The Role 2 Afloat Team ran a number of MEDEVAC exercises to demonstrate their Maritime #MERT capability. This 22-strong specialist team are able to perform advanced resuscitation techniques and trauma surgery for the entire Strike Group while at sea 🌊 #UKCSG23
