@virginmedia 2.5 hours on the phone to 7/8 different people and I’m still no closer to sorting out my complaint. What is the point in a help desk that isn’t helpful..?? Top it off your staff told me this wasn’t an issue the week before. Complaint raised!

@virginmedia C-2201241294 is the complaint. All details in that.. nobody in several departments actually listening to what I was saying nor taking accountability. Not exactly a great customer experience.. worst I’ve had in 6 years with yourselves
