@ThreeCare i was in the 3arena tonight and hired a phone charger from one of your kiosks. On returning it, i scanned my card, placed the charger in the slot. The slot closed but the screen displayed a message saying the return could not be completed. How can i get my deposit back

@ThreeCare I am unable to login to the My3 app since I moved to a new iPhone. The app just keeps circling once I submit the email and password by clicking confirm. I have reinstalled the app a few times which has not helped. I am able to login to My3 via the browser.

@ThreeCare Roaming not working in Italy since Friday. Told it would be fixed Friday, then Saturday. Then Sunday and now Monday and still nothing. Support cannot provide any real update. This is dangerous for your customers travelling abroad without any access to basic data or maps service. Please resolve and respond urgently
