Very frustrated Three customers. Have been with Three since the network worked. Not getting answers as to why the network seems broken recently.

Hey @ThreeUKSupport don't really appreciate being called "deaf and dumb" when I'm trying to cancel my contract 'Get somebody else to ring' is not an acceptable solution for deaf people in 2022. Neither is the ableist phrase "deaf and dumb"
