Im very curious to hear the statement Joshua Fox gave the cops about why he suckerpunched chud in the back of the head.. The "victim" in this case is going to be a disaster on the stand if grilled by a good defense attorney. I bet you they plea offer Chud out to a felony gun crime with a couple of years to serve. Just my guess.

Breaking: Arrest Warrant claims that during the verbal altercation, it was Dalton Eatherly aka ChudtheBuilder, that reached for his firearm BEFORE the physical altercation ensued! This, in my opinion, suggests that Joshua Fox, the shooting victim, went after Dalton to try to keep from being shot, not that he attacked and Dalton shot in self-defense. Hence why the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office charged Dalton with the felonies instead of clearing him of self-defense.

The Chudthebuilder thing comes down to class. His appeal is to the poor whites. As someone who has been a poor white and spent my whole life working hard to escape it, it disgusts me seeing a guy who could be building a business making a clown out of himself to the point that he can't see his kid. That's N behavior. I remember guys like Chud growing up. There was a kid who would carry a knife and start fights with people. Eventually he stabbed a guy and did time. It's Chekhov's gun. He's out now and installs tile, started a family, took him years to get his life back on track. He doesn't carry any weapons any more or start fights. He's real respectful now and appreciative of the chance he got to right things. Spends time with his kids instead of going to bars starting fights. Is a devout Christian. Completely reformed. Grateful for every moment he has to make things better. We have so many blessings, life is so beautiful, there is no reason to go out looking for trouble. You don't have to be some broke clown mad at the world. You are a man. We are meant to build.

NEW: The man Chud The Builder shot yesterday has been identified as Joshua Fox, who was charged with aggravated domestic assault after allegedly threatening his wife with a screwdriver and trying to burn the house down in 2024. On April 18, 2024, in Clarksville, Tennessee, officers responded to a domestic incident at a Tower Drive apartment. Joshua Fox told officers his wife would not let him leave. His wife told officers Joshua was upset over vehicle issues preventing him from leaving. She claimed Joshua had an aerosol can and a lighter and attempted to burn the house down. When she tried to take the can away, they both fell to the ground. She said Joshua then grabbed a screwdriver and held it to her side, causing her to back away. Officers located the aerosol can and screwdriver as described. They deemed Joshua the primary aggressor and arrested him for aggravated domestic assault.

The two individuals involved were identified as 28-year-old Dalton Eatherly aka “Chud the Builder,” and another man. Both sustained gunshot wounds and were hospitalized in stable condition. Eatherly was arrested and charged with criminal attempt murder (15-60 years), employing a firearm during a dangerous felony (minimum 6 years), aggravated assault (3 to 15 years), and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon (1 to 6 years). Eartherly was booked into the Montgomery County Jail.

He admitted he approached the group, has a documented history of provoking reactions like this, and had already tweeted about killing a Black man and watching riots after walking free. That makes self-defense a much harder sell.

The violent criminal history may become relevant when people point out that this guy was literally making death threats towards chudd. Someone with a violent criminal history making death threats is pretty serious business It's not just some basement dweller talking shit. We have a case of someone who has a violent history and is easy to violence who made death threats towards the man who stalks the man located him and then attacked him. This is NOT an accurate account of what happens. He will start off asking if people believe in “freedom of speech”, mostly targeting people of color. He then will drop the *N* word and gets reactions. If people disprove, he then starts mocking them, making monkey noises, telling them they’re “chimpin’ out”, again comparing people of color to primates, which is verbiage that has been used in the past to disparage people of color for decades. He continues to antagonize, spewing hate speech, instead of debating. If people react, he gets emotional and the racism truly comes out. When you’re angry, you’ll show who you are deep down. And it comes out when he does. And he does this while being armed with pepper spray and sometimes a gun. If you think in any way this is acceptable and not an immediate public safety concern, you couldn’t be further from reality. In conclusion, Dalton aka ChudtheBuilder, isn’t getting interrogated by the FBI and domestic terrorist investigators for just using the word; he’s being investigated because he is weaponizing the word and using it being protected speech as a veil to spew racism and thinks he’s justified.

In spite of that the FBI abducted him, interrogated him, then took all his electronics. In the city of Memphis, the same state chudthebuilder lives in, less than 25% of all homicides are ever solved. The FBI isn't interested in that. Only in surveilling and browbeating individual white men and making sure white people never politically organize. Trump and Patel haven't changed that.
