I’m not aware of any principal who has been consulted about HSC exams? I watch the 11am press conference like everyone else. I do know that Yr12 need the courtesy of being allowed to finish their trials, uninterrupted, before any more ‘decisions’ are dropped on them.

I felt major lockdown bleurgh last night, so resolved to finally follow advice of @bairdjulia and go for an ocean swim (fortunately there’s one within 10kms). It was glorious.

Walked into a classroom today and found this. My thinking went in all directions. What *would* different subjects look like as people? How do we break stereotypes? I also need to find the teacher that started this convo!

Advice from a historian in the Boston area: Start keeping a journal today, ideally a hand written one if that’s within your ability. Write about what you’re seeing in the news, how yr friends are responding, what is closed in yr neighborhood or city or state or country. Save it.
