@marcelolebre I work for a Swiss company from Portugal, payroll is processed as 12 months, because Portugal has a thing called "duodecimos" where the 2 "extra months" (which are basically a mandatory bonus in summer and another before christmas) are divided and distributed over the 12 months.

Portugal does 14 months of payroll a year. So when you are in San Francisco, New York, etc. and you need to run payroll for someone in Portugal, you think "Salary is salary. Twelve months." Then you learn the calendar has 14. What the hell is this, a different calendar or something? And that is one country.

@utdWiley I don't know if this counts as PIADM, because the header was above waist line, but by diving towards the keeper he put himself in that situation, it was due to no action of the keeper, who only moved to defend the ball.

@utdWiley Lowering one's head below waist line is considered "playing in a dangerous manner" (i guess being near an adversary is a factor) and this situation right here is why. He dove towards the goal keeper who only moved to defend the ball.
