@AllyMBaldwin @sncamp23 YES! But for me, it's more about concept delivery. For example, someone who has never done any DEI work may get different things out of my training. So how can the prior level of DEI understanding impact my content delivery?

@ChaimShapiro #EACE yes but they are also FREE space on the Monopoly board (a place to breathe). You need somewhere to go to compare notes and see if inequities are happening on a systemic level. These groups can be good gages for that.

@sncamp23 #EACE A3: Descriptions of their initiatives that address promotions and goals for diversity beyond the entry-level. If their diversity is only at the bottom it sends students a message. Walk them through how you plan on investing in them and their career growth within the company

@sncamp23 #EACE A2: Students I have spoken to are looking for more inclusion in the leadership at organizations and how that is being advertised or showcased on things like websites. Some are looking at diversity reports too.
