I just want to take the time to thank EVERYBODY from the community who came together and supported Tidal Waves 5. I'm going to get real for a sec, this year has been incredibly hard for me for personal reasons I don't want to get into. It felt like everything was going wrong for me idk why. But at the end of the event this year I just couldn't help but cry of joy. I could FEEL the love from everybody and I just teared up because I am just so grateful. Like "what did I do to deserve all this support" you know? I get a lot of love for these events and I sometimes feel like a fraud because all the love should be going to everyone who helps make these events possible, I am nothing without you all! This year especially, we were up against a goliath and other circumstances that as the small scene that we are, we were going to be doomed without the support. Thank you to every single person who contributed to making this weekend an amazing success. Thank you to all my staff members and volunteers who worked endlessly without question and thanks to the entire community for coming together to support the grassroots. I will see you at the next Tidal Waves 🌊
