Guinea Pigs don’t make their own vitamin c either. A core tenet of proper Guinea Pig care is supplementing vitamin c every day - not only with a wafer-type vitamin but also with fresh veggies like peppers. Sweet peppers have more vitamin c than oranges.
owen cyclops@owenbroadcast

taking your health into your own hands makes you insane because you learn things like: almost all animals make their own vitamin C. we don’t (?), and a chemist, the only guy to win two unshared nobel prizes, took 18 grams of vitamin C a day (200x normal amount) and died at 93:

@Naomi_D_Harvey Non-rashing shingles? Your whole body can feel like it’s on fire. California Poppy can help with nerve pain. @AntoineMECFS

I spent summers in the middle-of-nowhere in BC, Canada where there was literally one gas station, one restaurant and one small grocery store. The things I missed the most during the summer were slurpees and dim sum.

To the people wearing KN95s and somehow not getting sick, what mask are you wearing? We wear N95s but want an option that seals well to our faces with ear straps to be able to wear in lower risk situations that require going in and out of a space and taking a mask on and off a lot (such as going through a house to an outdoor space). N95s are great but get caught in my hair and are just harder to fumble with for quick in and out trips. So which KN95s actually seem to form a seal on people’s faces? For reference, Aura’s fit me well

Not to go all conspiracy theorist on you but just thought I’d mention that Epstein’s labs are normal-ish for a reptile or maybe a reptile-human hybrid. 😆 The results make him look like a very sick human *or* an organism caught between mammalian and reptilian biochemical rules.

@JulieRoberts589 The companion book is called Brain Saver. It’s a huge book but it also contains so much information and has sections on longcovid too. :)

@JulieRoberts589 There’s also a companion book to this one, which is the background information on all of the protocols - he explains his hypotheses. For example, he attributes dysautonomia to brain inflammation from a neurotoxic byproduct created by viruses.

@SattarHs You’re very welcome! I appreciate his reminder that there is nothing wrong with your body… most symptoms arise because your body is actually try to heal by attempting to get rid of viruses and toxins.

@loscharlos #longcovid Shingles Protocol: (Focusses on antivirals, chelators and nervous system supports). Included this because the Shingles virus can get reactivated by covid.
