While our love for Destiny 2 has not changed, it has become clear that after The Final Shape, we have reached the time for our shared worlds, and Destiny, to live beyond Destiny 2. As our focus turns towards a new beginning for Bungie, we will begin work incubating our next games. To that end, on June 9, 2026, we will release the final live-service content update for Destiny 2 to begin that new journey as a studio. Greymanes, Patch Version 1.05.00 is rolling out. @LUCKYY10P You watch destiny players get blamed for marathons fall. Saying we wanted it to fail out of spite. Far from the truth. Sorry but now Bungie has no choice. D3 must happen to build big revenue. A refresh of D2 will not be enough. They need to scrap free to play too with D3.

Sony has just reported a $560 million impairment loss from Bungie. On top of the previous 204 million repairment.

REPORT: Sony has reported a ¥120.1Bn (~$765m) impairment loss with Bungie for this fiscal year🚀 ¥88.6Bn ($565m) of which reported from the previous quarter. It’s shocking how terrible this investment was for PlayStation. I wish they just invested all that money into developing new original single player games, rather than wasting them on live service and this train wreck of a studio🎤

Showing up 15 minutes early for an interview is basically trespassing. Our receptionist notified me that a UX designer was waiting in the lobby at 9:45 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. slot. I walked out and asked why he was trying to steal company time before he was even on the official payroll. He said he just wanted to account for traffic and make a solid first impression. I told him that aggressive punctuality indicates a fundamental inability to accurately estimate project timelines. He asked if he should go wait in his car until the exact minute. I said no, the damage to his cultural fit score was already permanently done. I made him sit facing the lobby wall until exactly 10:00 a.m. so he could think about his schedule. Then I canceled the interview entirely because his anxious energy was too disruptive.

Made myself a new local ps5 profile, turned off everything including internet, I’ll just be gaming using discs from here on in with minimal tracking. Might periodically jump online for game updates via main acc, but that’s it. I’ll save clips via my pc capture card 🤣 👋 Sony

@vishwakarma_iam @GreymanesGuild @CrimsonDesert_ You do realise 30 fps is a pass for consoles? Even in this day of age. 30fps is still the playable target for devs.

@GreymanesGuild @CrimsonDesert_ Please make the game playable in ps5 base. The game runs smoothly only when there are no enemies whenever we go to clear areas like enemies camps the game runs 5-10fps. Ps5 base is treated like a low end gaming machine. Most of the time the game runs 30-40 fps.

@GreymanesGuild @CrimsonDesert_ I really want movement to be adjusted. I should come to a halt as soon as I let go of my movement button. Ive slipped and fell of so many things due the movement carrying on for couple seconds it can be frustrating. Other than that im still in love with the game.

So, @PlayStation is basically unusable for me now. The UK Online Safety Act means I have to hand over a face scan or government ID just to use basic features. My PAYG mobile isn't accepted, and I’m not giving biometrics to a company with a history of massive data breaches. #Ps5
