Not everything is meant for negotiation.
There’s a lesson from the book "Never Split the Difference" people miss— it’s not just how to negotiate, it’s when not to.
You don’t split the difference with bad faith actors. You do not entertain them. I said it before that we will not cede a scintillas worth of ground on this.
You don’t meet tyranny halfway.
Because compromise with people trying to manipulate the system isn’t balance—it’s permission.
There’s a difference between disagreement and power grabs.
One deserves dialogue. The other demands action.
This is not the moment to meet in the middle.
This is the moment to hold the line. Period.
