Seen a lot of mod oomfs talking about respecting your mods so I thought it was important to emphasize that we are people not only to the community, but to the creators we work for. I am not JUST your mod. I make my own content and have been for the last three years. I'm a writer, I'm a singer, I'm an actor, I AM A CREATOR, with my own passions just like you. I've had MULTIPLE people look past this and only see me as a mod, an admin, a manager, and this is not who I am. I've had opportunities ripped from me because someone needs me to mod their chat instead of allowing me to have a chance at my dream. THIS IS NOT ALL I AM. I'm begging my creators to see their mods for who they are, and not just the help they provide. I'm actually begging you all, look past what we do for you for once, because some of your mods are wonderful people and you'll never know it if you don't stop seeing them as "just" a mod.
