@pgorski I was recently on an interview committee, and one of the questions we asked was, “What does it mean to teach for social justice?” The answers to the questions were telling of each candidates understanding of larger systemic issues.

What's an interview question you'd ask people interviewing for a job in a school ito assess their understanding of how racism operates in schools? A question that gets at their commitment to anti-racism? A response that would land you at a hard "no" for hiring that person?
