@HisenseUK not the best customer service from you, the picture on our TV is awful and all you are saying is it’s content related? Have a look at the attached video and tell me there’s nothing wrong?! It’s ghosting and pixelated continuously?

@ted_baker absolutely disgusting Custer service. Faulty goods do not need a receipt to be returned or exchanged. I am now £75 out of pocket because of your useless service, store manager basically calling me a liar, I want this resolved immediately
