Tried to buy something off a car forum. Two LLMs responded telling me to email them. Emailed both and got very good LLM responses. One was sending me generated photos of the product. If I didn't use LLMs a lot I probably would have been fooled. Scams getting crazy out there.

My guess is Coinbase (and most CEX) sent out millions of incorrect tax forms this year. I’ve looked at 100s of 1099-DAs this year. When I close my eyes, they haunt me. I have seen: > incorrect proceeds on sent assets (being counted as sales) > simple USD fiat trades for some users having incorrect proceeds > so much more BS Errors in the root DAs (not to mention we have bugs bc no one gave them to us ahead of time). All of these compound to weird results that make reconciling challenging. It’s gonna be a painful couple of years. Fuck the gov for doing this.

saw in comments but you're young you'll be fine first, detach yourself from whatever the peak number was before. it was never real, was never you second, think back to things you enjoy doing and what you're good at. what narratives you did well with, what things you're interested in. etc. build skills in those areas, should never hope and pray to make it just from trading alone. skill development and quests are the root of everythign for purpose third, start journaling all your trades and market thoughts daily. can help you spot some blind spots or when emotions swing too far in one direction (either overly bullish and too exposed or too bearholed and playing scared) fourth, kind of similar to #2, start a quest of some sort. health quest where you crush it in the gym and healthy eating (should do this regardless). teach yourself to draw / art. writing arc. photography. coding arc. go on a quest to learn something new that you find interesting that is not trading you'll be fine, step 1 detach from whatever that peak number was is important though. was never real, cant change what happened, and it's okay. it's only bad if you learn nothing from it and change nothing from it
