No way is that practical, believable or enjoyable to watch. Sell out to kids and eye candy. Light sabers are a flawed weapon. Light has no weight or mass to limit swing speed or redirection. They fight like the light has limited speed due to its mass. In reality, if you had a lightsaber, it would be impossible to block.
