@masson_graeme I too know the feeling but also that’s it’s unlikely the end but rather the beginning of the next chapter.

I reduced my working hours as a therapist as #parkinsons progressed. But yesterday was the first time I felt it really get in the way of my work with clients. Brain fog, forgetting words, stopping mid sentence. Feels like the beginning of the end of my career. Terrifying.
