and even if i try to schedule a call back, it says "We're sorry, there are no callbacks available for |_ service_slot| at this time. Please come back to this conversation during our regular business hours to finish requesting a callback." so i can't schedule one

@TELUSsupport I upgraded from copper to fibre and was told in the letter than my bill would stay the same. but it's more than double and i'm just getting the explanations of why it has increased instead of changing it to the same
