MISSING PERSON: 20 y/o Bradley Kinzer – an at-risk adult – went missing from his home on 6/13/19. Reportedly, Mr. Kinzer left his apartment on Dewsbury Drive with only his wallet. He was last seen wearing dark clothing. If anyone has any information, call CSPD at (719) 444-7000.
