@ionos_help_US Finally 5 days later someone at IONOS bothers to help, and tells how to fix the problem. Is there no way to get timely support from IONOS?

@ionos_help_US Customer ID sent. We fixed the problem ourselves eventually, but I expect that I can get help from my cloud provider. Is that not the case with IONOS? Am I expecting too much. The answer ended up being really simple, but your phone support could not help
@ionos_help_US@Jessie_Newburn Check out your ticket # BIB-89157 - it was opened on 2/16 and finally yesterday, on 2/21 you provided an answer and request for more information. Why would you not give it over the phone when we needed it?

@HydroFlask I got a hydro flask 16 oz that leaks. As soon as I tip it, coffee pours out all over your clothes. Also, it doesn't keep coffee hot very long - the lid doesn't seem to be insulated and gets really hot. Any fixes?
@HydroFlask I just filled a warranty form, but based on the reviews of the flip lid I don't have much hope that I will get a working product. Your product page has more 1 star reviews than 5 star reviews, with everyone saying it leaks...
