@TimWilde16 It's not a conspiracy when you work for a telecom program that cannot transmit a few hundred miles let alone a few million! Wake up.

The James Webb Space Telescope has done it again: revealing a breathtaking structure now dubbed the “Cosmic Vine”: a string of 20 galaxies stretching across a staggering 13 million light-years!
What makes this discovery so shocking? This colossal formation dates back nearly 11 billion years, forming just 3 billion years after the Big Bang, a time when galaxies were thought to still be forming in isolated clumps. Instead, JWST captured a massive, organized structure linking galaxies together much earlier than expected.

@NoContextBrits I suspect it's an actor whose name in the cast list, gives a strong indication it will be total garbage
English

@Shawndorfin Hey, you may be on to something, and the entire web seems to be in on the conspiracy
English

@TimWilde16 @Rainmaker1973 Grok? A man-made artificial source of "facts" is your truth teller? 😂
English

@Shawndorfin @Rainmaker1973 I wondered, but seems kosher, Grok says: The James Webb Space Telescope did discover a structure nicknamed the "Cosmic Vine." It spans roughly 13 million light-years. It consists of 20 galaxies with confirmed spectroscopic redshifts in a narrow range
English

@Rainmaker1973 This is a 100% false non-verifiable story! STOP MAKING THINGS UP!

Everyone is focusing on the journey. My first thought is how are they going to build a 36 mile long spaceship? Given how long it took to build the tiny ISS, it'll take 400 years to build something 10,000 times larger. That's not to mention the unforeseen technical issues, redesigns, cost overruns, geopolitical recalibrations, etc. All that time you're also having to defend the partially constructed spaceship from impacts. It would be way smarter to build 100 small ships and then those than put all your eggs in one basket on a single gigantic unbuildable project.
English

🚨: Researchers have designed a 36-mile-long spaceship called 'Chrysalis' to ferry 2,400 humans to Alpha Centauri on a 400-year one-way trip. Nobody on board will live to see the destination. Their grandchildren won't either.
It's a multi-generational bet that humanity's future is worth a journey no single person will ever finish.

@kanchanmehta01 What!? That's quite obviously a Martian dinosaur buried right up to it's neck
English

@CuriosityonX We went to Mars and found… a slightly uglier Earth rock🙌🏻
English

@CuriosityonX 400? Using what as propulsion? The fastest straight-line craft launched into space to date is Voyager 1, which travels at 38.000 mph. It would take 75,000 years to reach Alpha Centauri. So far only one planet with the potential to support life has been detected in that system
English

@HumansNoContext People often pose the question of why toast always lands butter side down. If you butter toast on a counter top and it accidently falls to the floor it only has time to flip over in that distance, it won't be spinning. Nothing to do with the weight of butter or spread
English

@PhysInHistory Don't bother coming here. Near neighbors have been fighting tooth and nail over territory and their differing beliefs in one of the estimated 3,000 different gods on this planet throughout history, so the chances of you being welcomed with open arms is remote to say the least
English

🚨⛳️🗣️ #DISCUSSION: Without giving away your handicap, what's a line you say at least 10 times every round?

English

@forallcurious How long? Using what as propulsion? The fastest straight-line craft launched into space to date is Voyager 1 which travels at 38.000 mph. It would take 75,000 years to reach Alpha Centauri. So far only one planet with the potential to support life has been detected in that system
English

🚨: Engineers just proposed a 36 mile long spacecraft called 'Chrysalis' that could carry 2400 people to Alpha Centauri, just 4 light-years away from us, on one way trip. The journey will take 400 years!
The passengers who board it will never see Earth again. Neither will their children. Or their grandchildren.

@Bubblebathgirl If does return will he go to the senior tour or try for the regular PGA? Could he be the Holly Grail for LIV? I'm guessing his body won't let him play very often. In a way I'm hoping he calls it a day. It would be sad to see one of the greats regularly struggling to make cuts.

Tiger Woods is happy to be home.
After six weeks of treatment in Switzerland, sources tell People he’s “in good spirits” and “happy to be back home again.” He’s reuniting with girlfriend Vanessa Trump and the couple is “very much in love.”
Golf is still calling him. At 50 and eligible for the PGA Tour Champions, Tiger says he’s “not a quitter” and is eager to return “in whatever ways he can.”
The champion fire still burns. 🔥
Do you still believe Tiger Woods can win as a champion again?

@lisanandy @AndyBurnhamGM He needs to defeat Reform, of course. The comment about re-joining the EU could be a hindrance in a constituency that voted strongly to leave. If he fails to win the by-election, I believe he can return to his duties as mayor.
English

Delighted @AndyBurnhamGM has been selected for Makerfield.
He’s one of us and coming back to fight for the borough he calls home.
English

@SkySportsNews Wow, I didn't see that coming. I thought it would be a fine or points next season

@TimWilde16 You need a blue tick account to use grok. I will continue in my knowledge that nobody knows how much tax he actually pays. You can pretend to believe you know.
English

@IsabelMiles I'm sure if you type the question into Grok it will give you a full explanation
English

@TimWilde16 @hol40900 I can find nothing to say how much he actually pays, only estimates. I would be happy for you to enlighten me. Thanks.
English

@FELibrary_ Because the impact of the meteor or asteroid doesn't form the crater, lame brain. I'm not going to explain why because the answer is readily available on the net, you'll pretend you don't believe me and will probably send some stupid reply with a few 😂🤣
