This is just another example of her horrible guidance that has driven us down in every single metric that you can measure compared to other states. The last 7+ years under her guidance have been an abysmal failure. I choose to use the word guidance instead of leadership because real leadership isn’t this destructive.

Most men occupy a small world where the only safe topics are beer, bacon, and sports teams they don’t play for Everything else would require risk or effort

Michigan House Republicans

Over 80% of Americans support voter ID. The only reason not to pass it is to make it easier to cheat. We already passed it out of the House. Time for Senate Dems to show voters they're on their side. @RepWoolford

In this episode of American Potential, host David From sits down with Greg Dowell to explore his journey from a small town in Tennessee to working on Capitol Hill. Greg shares his one small step story—how growing up in a tight-knit community shaped his passion for people, service, and storytelling, ultimately leading him into public policy. From advocating for students in the Tennessee legislature to working in Congress and joining Americans for Prosperity, his path highlights how everyday experiences can lead to meaningful impact. The conversation also dives into AFP’s “True Cost of Washington” campaign, where Greg traveled the country helping lower gas prices for everyday Americans—while hearing firsthand how rising costs affect families, workers, and small businesses. This episode is a reminder that no matter where you start, you can find your place, make a difference, and help give others a voice—one small step at a time.

Ran into our good friend Jamie Cavanaugh from the Pacific Legal Foundation at the Rules committee hearing this morning. We’re both excited and very confident that our REINs bills will be voted out of committee in two weeks at their next hearing.

In the Rules Committee Hearing regarding our REINs Bills. Let’s get this done. Give the power back to the legislature, our elected officials who we voted for, not to the unelected bureaucrats.

No one should go broke just because they get sick. But Tom Barrett voted to gut Medicaid and kill ACA tax credits that 28,000 people in our district were counting on. I’ll fight for your healthcare in Congress - and I’m proud to have @HC4Action's support in that fight.

@downi75 So, you’ve been in office for quite awhile now, why haven’t you gotten any of this done? Also, in one of the clips you’re holding the fishing reel upside down obviously you have no idea what you’re doing. You’re just pandering. Or is this whole ad AI? We may never know.

@AFPMichigan @Tim_Golding_ @AFPhq Housing is for inmates! People want HOMES with a yard and a garage. Quit subsidizing mixed use mixed income un/wef high density housing. They are failures producing forever renters in urban areas. Try harder!

🏡 More homes = more opportunity. When we allow more housing to be built, prices go down, communities grow, and more families can afford a place to call home. Housing reform isn’t complicated — it’s about removing barriers so supply can meet demand.

Leadership for the last 7+ yrs in Michigan has put us on a race to the bottom in educational outcomes. Vote for Conservative change this November. After all these years of Dem destruction, we deserve a change.
