🔴 BREAKING: At least 16 people were killed and 34 wounded in Israeli attacks across Lebanon over the past 24 hours, according to updated figures from Lebanon’s Health Ministry. 💢 New Jersey State Police have taken control of the perimeter outside the GEO Group-run Delaney Hall ICE detention center in Newark, following an executive order by Governor Mikie Sherrill aimed at de-escalating more than a week of volatile clashes between ICE agents and demonstrators protesting conditions inside the facility. The protests were sparked by a hunger strike involving 300-400 detainees who allege inhumane treatment. New Jersey State Police established designated “peaceful assembly zones” using more than 600 yards of barricades to separate protesters from the detention center.
