20 years ago, the Tkachuk brothers went to Italy to watch their dad play in his final Olympic Games. Keith ended his international career without ever winning a gold medal. 20 years later, his sons returned to Italy and finished the fight.

@EdmOilerlytics They should have had five or six goals

Missouri finished the season 0-5 against teams with a winning record this season. The 8 wins came against teams with a combined 30-67 record, including one 3-9 FCS team. They didn't beat a single team with even a .500 record.

Something I learned as a dad is that being active with your kids requires sacrifice & saying “yes”. What I mean is that you choose to play with your kids even when, especially when, you don’t want to. I’d say 9 times out every 10 times my kids ask me to play with them, I genuinely do not want to. I would rather rest or keep up the house or the laundry or a project. I would almost never play with my kids if I only played with them when I wanted. I know some dads are just naturally better as people than I am & can’t relate to this struggle. But if you can relate, I say try to say Yes to playing with your kids 5 out of 10 times they ask. That means for me, 4 of those times I say yes, I don’t actually want to play. And most of those times I said “yes”, I did not regret it, whereas many times I said “no”, I felt like I wasn’t being there for my kids.

The committee shouldn't downgrade losers of conference championship games. Instead, should treat them as if they never played. Right now, you have #9 Bama losing to #3 Georgia while #12 Miami didn't play this weekend. It's possible that Bama will move to #11, and Miami will join #10 Notre Dame in the playoff. Hopefully, the committee will keep Bama in, and decide between Miami and Notre Dame for the final at-large bid. Gotta protect the integrity of the conf champ process.

Look, everyone, I don’t like this either, but if Alabama loses today and drops out of the College Football Playoff, the means future teams on a CFP bubble should opt out of conference championship games.
