Big news: we've decided to sunset the Rork iOS app, the app that makes apps Our iOS app hasn't been listed on the App Store for more than 3 months, and we have since switched our focus to helping founders build great apps for the App Store. Our goal is to help the next generation of entrepreneurs thrive & succeed on the App Store. We will re-launch the Rork iOS app in the future, focused on helping that goal. If you're still subscribed to the Rork iOS app, reply & we'll give you a free subscription to Rork Max

i'm literally RETARDED for giving you this sauce but i want you to win so here it goes most founders are overlooking tiktok ads everyone immediately jumps to meta ads meanwhile we are getting a $3CPM and a $7.8 CPA when we charge $79.99 a year now this DOES NOT mean you should jump straight into tiktok ads you need a scalable content system: microinfluencers, UGC, yourself, whatever the point is you should test your creatives first and only push your winners with spark ads BUT BEFORE ANY OF THIS you need to set up attribution correctly and for tiktok this means using an MMP i cannot stress this enough, this needs to be set up properly otherwise everything breaks this will honestly be the hardest part of the whole process i built a step by step tutorial that walks you through the entire setup (send dm if you want to get it) but once you have the systems in place, congratulations you have created a money printing machine

NVM, We completely pivoted at 3AM💀 Now we are building an app that blocks your phone until you walk In 2026 this is the app humanity needs The more you walk The more you get to use your phone, Our competitors are making $400,000/mo, but they don’t block your phone It’ll be a quick pivot, plan is to launch on Monday @maubaron is cooking the screen time api And I’m finalizing the onboarding.

he is right, we are on track to making $40,000 this month from 1 app and now we are building a new one using @rork that is already 90% done Only 3 days after starting: → Added Onboarding → Added Paywall → Added Core app loop → Added Widgets The App is almost finished, now Mau is going to add the a screen time api and then we launch. and crush marketing. we will be documenting this whole thing in public. from 0 → $20,000/mo while we share all the sauce in public. literally NOBODY has done this before.

If anyone is wondering why this tweet went viral It is because people always look for the easiest solution And that’s exactly what I talk about in the tweet Because translating someone else’s product and marketing it in a different country while translating also the landing pages, ads, video scripts, whatever But it’s not that easy because people are different in every part of the world So you need to understand the mentality of the audience you’re targeting Americans are different than Germans Germans are different than French French are different than Eastern Europeans I can say that Americans and Eastern Europeans are completely different when it comes to buying things online Americans buy literally everything and they are easy buyers Eastern Europeans are always skeptical about online purchases and they need to know 100% that what they buy is worth it So if you want to run this successfully you need to study the mentality of different nationalities The best way to do it is to live there The second best way to do that is to know someone from that county The third best way is to just ask ChatGPT to give you a brutal honest breakdown If you apply this you will succeed with it
James Ebringer@JamesEbringer

There's a guy making €380k/yr cloning successful English offers, translating them, and selling them in Germany with zero competition He doesn't create products He doesn't build audiences He just finds what's already working in English and copies it to markets where it doesn't exist yet And it's printing Here's how it works: Step 1: Find proven English offers doing $50k+/month Trading courses, fitness programs, business communities, anything with traction Browse through top-performing communities and see what's crushing Step 2: Join them, screenshot everything, map the entire structure Course modules, sales copy, funnel flow, upsell sequence, community setup, pricing tiers Document the entire system like you're reverse engineering a blueprint Step 3: Translate it all to German (or French, Spanish, Polish, Arabic) Not Google Translate - use ChatGPT to translate it and then get someone from the country to check if it is written correctly and naturally Step 4: Launch it as your own product in that market Set up the exact same structure, same pricing model, same delivery system Just in a different language where nobody else is doing it Step 5: Deploy faceless content in that language to drive traffic TikTok slideshows, automated posting, exactly like the original but in German Use the Eyeballs Method - mass distribution with posters running 400+ posts daily The results are insane: Original English offer: $97, converts at 2% (oversaturated market) His German version: €97, converts at 6% (zero competition) Same product, 3x conversion rate, because he's the only one there Here's what nobody understands: Every successful English offer has already proven the market exists Someone spent $100k on ads testing if people want "AI automation for agencies" They proved it works You just take that validated proof and deploy it in Germany where nobody's doing it yet The markets he's crushing: - Germany: 83M people, almost zero English info products translated properly - France: 67M people, French audiences hate English content - Spain: 47M people, everyone assumes they need to create in English - Poland: 38M people, literally untapped - Saudi Arabia: Arabic info market is wide open with high purchasing power His current setup: 12 translated offers across 4 languages Each doing €8k-25k/month Total: €380k/year Zero product creation Zero English competition Pure arbitrage The best part? He's not even the face of most offers He partners with native speakers to be the "expert" (70/30 split in his favor) They handle calls and content, he handles infrastructure and keeps the majority The offers he's cloned: "AI SaaS Academy" (English) → "KI SaaS Akademie" (German) - €18k/month "Dropshipping Mastery" (English) → "Dropshipping Meisterklasse" (German) - €22k/month "Twitter Growth System" (English) → "X Wachstum System" (German) - €12k/month "Fitness Transformation" (English) → "Fitness Transformation" (French) - €15k/month Same funnels, same upsells, same everything Just different language Most English creators don't do this because: They think translation is hard (it's not, use ChatGPT and a native) They think they need to "understand" the market (you don't, proven offers already validated demand) They're attached to their personal brand (cloning works better faceless) They don't realize non-English markets are 5 years behind English trends While everyone fights in English, this guy owns entire countries The opportunity: Find any successful English offer doing $30k+/month Translate the entire thing to German, French, or Spanish Launch in 2 weeks using the same infrastructure Deploy the Eyeballs Method in that language (faceless slideshows at scale) You just unlocked a €15k/month income stream with zero original work Stop trying to innovate when you can arbitrage

stop trying to be the next hormozi and just steal his $100m offers funnel but sell it to german dentists everyone's out here watching hormozi youtube videos taking notes like they're gonna "apply the principles" to their business bro you've been "applying principles" for 9 months and you're still at $3k/month you're trying to compete in markets where everyone has already watched the same hormozi content every gym owner in america has seen the gym launch video every agency owner has read the $100m offers book every coach has tried the "value equation" you're using the same playbook as 2 million other people in the same market with the same audience and you're wondering why it's not working the play isn't to learn from hormozi the play is to STEAL from hormozi and sell it where nobody knows who he is german dentists there are 72,000 dental practices in germany average practice does €400k-€1.2M/year in revenue the owners are: - high income (€150k-€400k personal) - time poor (working 50+ hours/week in the chair) - desperate to grow but have no idea how - completely ignored by the english-speaking marketing world - have never heard of alex hormozi in their life they don't know what a "grand slam offer" is they've never seen the value equation they don't know about the $100m leads framework all that stuff that's been beaten to death in the US? it's brand new information in germany this is the arbitrage here's what my guy did he took hormozi's core frameworks: - the value equation (dream outcome × perceived likelihood / time × effort) - the offer structure from $100m offers - the lead magnet strategy from $100m leads - the pricing psychology stuff and he repackaged it as "praxiswachstum" (practice growth) consulting for german dentists same concepts german language dental-specific examples €15k price tag he didn't invent anything he just translated proven frameworks into a market that's never seen them first year: €340k second year: €890k now: €1.1M run rate selling information that's literally free on youtube but in german to dentists who would never find it themselves the genius is in the specificity he's not selling "business coaching" he's selling "patient acquisition systems for german dental practices" every case study is a dentist every example uses dental terminology every framework is adapted to how practices actually work a german dentist looks at his stuff and thinks "finally someone who understands MY business" they have no idea it's just hormozi frameworks with "gym" replaced with "praxis" and honestly, it doesn't matter the information works they get results everybody wins he just captured the value of being the first to bring it to that market here's why german dentists specifically are insane most profitable niche i've seen for this play you just have to repackage the aggressive american stuff into professional german consulting remove the "fck" and "crush it" energy add case studies and data make it look like mckinsey not miami same information, different wrapper this applies to any hormozi framework the $100m offers stuff works everywhere it's just saturated in english-speaking markets but go to: - germany (dentists, lawyers, doctors, engineers) - japan (any service business) - south korea (academies, hagwons, tutoring) - brazil (any local business) - poland (trades, agencies) - UAE (luxury services, real estate) these markets have money and business owners who've never been exposed to modern offer psychology you can be the first person to bring "dream outcome × perceived likelihood / time × effort" to korean hagwon owners they'll think you're a genius you're just translating here's how to do this yourself step 1: pick a hormozi framework that's proven the value equation the offer creation process the lead magnet strategies the pricing stuff don't try to be original - originality is for people with time to waste step 2: pick a non-english market with money germany, japan, korea, UAE, brazil, france look for: - high GDP per capita - professional service businesses - fragmented markets (lots of small practices, not corporations) - low exposure to american marketing content step 3: pick a specific profession don't do "business owners" do: - dentists - physiotherapists - lawyers - architects - private doctors - accountants - veterinarians specificity is everything "business consultant" = commodity "practice growth advisor for german orthodontists" = premium expert step 4: translate and adapt the frameworks not just language - cultural translation germans hate hype → make it data-driven japanese hate confrontation → soften the sales approach brazilians love relationships → add more personal touch same core information, different delivery step 5: price at €10k-€25k these are professional service businesses they're used to paying for expertise don't price like you're selling to broke 23 year olds price like you're a serious consultant step 6: get 3 clients and let referrals do the rest professional communities are tight one dentist tells another dentist one lawyer tells their lawyer friends you don't need ads you don't need content you need results for 3 people and a referral ask this is how you go from $0 to €300k+/year without: - building an audience - posting content daily - competing with everyone who read the same book - being original just translate what works to where it hasn't been done yet stop trying to be hormozi just be the guy who brought hormozi to a market he'll never touch that's the real $100M play

The $30 Million "Fitness app" Quiz funnel 🤑 App boys are some of the best quiz funnel builders Colon Broom was a weight-loss app Created a physical product Turned their onboarding into a Quiz Funnel Boom...$100M in first year... Mad Muscles is printing over 9 figures on their Quiz Funnel {Broken down in a prior tweet} Imagine if they added a weight-loss supplement? Or a testosterone increase supplement? I would bet it would be a 9-figure brand within 12 months With the EXACT same funnel Another example... Cal AI The most copied app...everyone is trying to rip their product. Low IQ play. Rip their funnel. You will spawn an 8-figure company in a month Add some test boosting supp. Find your angle Replicate their quiz funnel In fact, I'll make it easy for you Like, RT & Comment "QUIZ" I will send you their entire Quiz Funnel Breakdown

I think going viral with fully automated videos is now easier than ever. I’ve been testing MakeUGC V.2 (sora 2 pro, veo 3.1…) to create talking-head videos that look completely real, just by swapping the script and character. Change the line. Change the face. Post again. And when I connect it to the new AI agents, it turns into a 24/7 viral content system. Here’s what happens: → The AI agents research trending formats and viral hooks → They write new scripts automatically → MakeUGC V.2 generates the full video using Sora2 Pro, Veo3.1 and Kling → The system exports and schedules posts across platforms You can make literally 10 videos a day with one workflow, fully automated. (One of these clips hit over 700K views in 24 hours) RT + comment “V2” and I’ll send you the exact setup (follow for dm)

whop apps are the biggest opportunity for vibe coders and people who wants to make money on the side, even without any knowledge every platform has its gold rush moment shopify had it in 2009. the first devs in walked away with millions just for showing up early. no ads, no crazy funnels, just timing i won't even start about early days of app store and people making millions from flashlight apps or beer simulators by now that gold rush is over. shopify, app store and wordpress are crowded, the big players dominate, and you’re fighting a losing game if you start today but whop? they quietly opened their app store last month and it’s basically untouched. hardly any competition, and a few apps are already scaling past $100k/mo with no paid traffic the move is obvious: map what exists, check what crushed on older platforms, and spin out your version in n8n/cursor in hours

this content strategy generated me 90M views last month it sounds fake but here's the secret: post about what you're NOT doing this is called negative content and it performs 6x better than positive content here's why: people engage more with REJECTION than acceptance real examples to steal: "why i'm not on youtube" > "why i'm on tiktok" "platforms i'll never use" > "my favorite platforms" "content i refuse to make" > "content i create" the psychology is stupid simple: positive content = passive agreement negative content = ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT everyone comments to argue, nobody comments to agree i tested across 4600 posts we did for a client month one i told ghost creators to try positive framing 1.3% engagement rate avg 250-120k views bro was so close to churning 💔 but month two SAVED IT i told them no payouts would be sent to content that didn't have negative framing ^ notice how that's negatively framed as well the results were INSANE: negative framing: 3% engagement rate avg 3k-1.4M views per clip it was unbelievable same exact information, different frame our clippers now have mandatory negative framing quotas lol examples that printed money: "apps i will never use" (5.7m views) "why instagram reels are dead" (8.3m views) "courses that are scamming you" (9.4m views) controversy without being controversial rejection without being rejected negative without being negativity it's all just "an opinion" yes, 18k manufactured opinions that print money every platform algorithm is optimized for discourse we're giving them exactly that infinite virality glitch try it yourself and comment "VIRAL" i'll send you my ghost content playbook that shows you how to go viral instantly
