3 years in the making… Happy to share that Glizzy is now live on @AMZNVideoGames! Huge thanks to everyone who’s supported us over the past few years, and especially to all the incredible indie devs we’ve connected with along the way. And a massive thank you to Amazon for all the support throughout the journey.

Glizzy is now live on @AMZNVideoGames. We’re an indie-only games platform designed to give independent developers a genuine path to market, without relying on the publisher model. We operate on a curated drop system. A small selection of titles at a time, each backed by our full marketing commitment. Indie games have never lacked quality. Just opportunity. That’s what we’re here to change. amazon.com/stores/Glizzy/…

Indie devs: Drop your trailers below. I love seeing what you are making. I watch a lot of games every week through news, reviews, interviews, and developer support, and sometimes one trailer is enough to make me curious. Show me the hook. Show me the world. Show me why your game matters. #IndieDev #GameDev #IndieGames

@Superspooks1 The game will have lots of voice acting from reading journals left by a expedition crew

Definitely inspired by the lineage of classic horror games, Penumbra included. Our primary inspiration is Amnesia: The Dark Descent. Not trying to clone it though, Rite of Osiris has its own focus of 1830s expedition, hiding, scavenging, crafting, and will feature more dynamic monster interactions and gameplay features than The Dark Descent had to offer. Inspired by fun and immersive elements from Alien: Isolation, the Resident Evil series, etc.

@TimeBreakGames i don't put your game in a box but is this trying to be a penumbra clone? I'm just curious given the mechanics i'm seeing here

@BecomingCaptain @planter222 @TeamBravoGames Is there any evidence to support that? If that's true, it might be something you can only pull if you know you already have some popularity. I have to have my game up early in order to apply to festivals.

It is very interesting to see the exponential growth caused by the continuation of the project. You get used to things not really working out and then... suddenly you are getting in front of tons of eyeballs. Still, you know it's still tiny compared to what is required. 😱

@BecomingCaptain @TeamBravoGames no man, everything I've ever seen and read is to get the steam page up asap (assuming it looks good.) Takes time to get visits and wishslists
