Fyi - mayor BASS is the one who wrote the emergency orders for rebuilding ‘eligible’ rebuilds allowing 110% size rebuilds and zero additional regulations. Plus adding ADU’s are eligible which increases population density to a town that already has evacuation challenges. So I guess BASS is one who’s “stupid as fuck” in your eloquent wording.
