The best teams at any level have the best relationships with each other.. Trust / Accountability/ call out and be called out without any feelings… as coaches your job is to build that within your players not to create animosity or jealousy within a group

The best player on a team isn’t always the player who scores the most. Sometimes it’s the player who has a high IQ or a diverse/versatile skill set or a player who is unselfish & coachable or who knows their role inside & out. Basing “good” only on points scored is a big mistake!

Unsolicited Advice: Players. Take two weeks off and don’t touch a basketball. The grind can stop (NIKE got it wrong) you are kids. You need rest, physical/mental breaks. Go for a swim, take a hike, ride a bike, run track. @PBCBBallForum
