@Mericamemed It’s actually everything else. Houses aren’t necessarily too expensive. It’s the fact that everyone’s wages haven’t been adjusted as rapidly as the dollar inflates. If anything houses are at a low in value. The inflation just masks that.

@TeddyJayne_ @anttsinc Yeah, agreed. We have our favorite healthy snacks/foods that we “splurge” with each time I’m in there. My main goal is get in and out as fast as I can. Went around 12:30 on Sunday and got in/out in 12 minutes. Incredible feat if you ask me. Lol

@TeddyJayne_ @anttsinc Yep. I shop there twice per month and get the big necessity items, some snacks/groceries and coffee, and meat. Monthly I spend less than $500 at Costco. I have my list of what we need and stick to it.

@anttsinc I think this highlights 2 things: she is buying other things and impulse stuff. And secondly, you need to be savvy about your prices of what you are buying and how long it will take you to use it. Ex: I get the $24 chicken tenders(its 6 bags of apx 8-10 tenders(so only $4 a bag!)

This is John and he owns a plumbing company. This video shows him calling a customer who hasn't paid her invoice. He installed a water heater for her which costed around $2700 total for parts and labor. She thought it was $27.48 total. This woman is CRAZY!
