Drove on a metal blade at Lowe’s and couldn’t patch tire. I can’t have a mismatched tire. Spent $1400 on new tires. I used to dread this but when you’re going to quote 80k in jobs for the day you need those tires and look presentable. Big picture.

One of the most overlooked AI opportunities in the next 24 months is voice agents for boring businesses. Every HVAC, plumbing, and pest control company in America is sending calls to voicemail after 5pm. One AI voice agent fixes it overnight. Most owners have never even heard of this technology, yet alone know how to implement it. The person who packages this up and sells it to 500 of them is going to be very rich...very quietly.

Bought my first skid steer 5 years ago today. I was a hungry 22 year old who was tired of getting taken to the bank by the rental companies. I always say this was my first luxury car bc it cost over $100k but helped us make so much more. All paid off def one of my best decisions
