Thank you sir! Just one example that I got metrics for is I have a guy who gained 30 lb in 8 months and his 60 time (baseball) got faster in that time frame. Then he focused more on speed training while maintaining and he went from a 7.55 to a 6.7. But best if you train speed with it

Fast athletes are afraid to gain weight because they think they'll lose their speed. Gaining 10 pounds of muscle over 3 months at 0.5 to 1 lb per week doesn't slow you down. It makes you more powerful at the same speed. Build the frame. Keep the speed.
