Said goodbye to our darling, sweet girl Missy yesterday. She may have been small, but she was immense in stature. The sweetest cat I've ever loved. She's left a massive hole in our hearts and home. 💔 instagram.com/p/CfgYmSjMLPv/…

FP1: P3 - 1m34:358s We were scrubbing tyres early on, but it was tricky getting enough energy into them. After that we were better off just going out on wets and clocking up some mileage. The car feels good, we’re in the ballpark!

QUALIFYING RESULT : P2 “Fantastic job guys! I knew straight away the car was transformed from practice. We made the right calls and the car was magic! A front row start for race 1 is superb after being a bit all at sea this morning.”

Today I thought I would share how 3 different books recall my IED incident from back in 2008. 1. Callsign Hades by Paddy Bury 2. Helmand Mission by Richard Doherty 3. First into Sangin by Speedy Coult MC.

Hey all, Incase you were wondering why I have been so quiet lately, I have had Covid. It’s horrendous, I’m fit for my age but it knocked me for 6. Please do the right thing, look after yourself, your friends and family and the NHS.

As the sun went down we arrived back in the compound, a few rounds lighter but with no casualties. #tenyearson #herrick13

@ranger7703 I definitely don't have fond memories of ECM and fences after managing to tear my knee ligaments after a bad landing from one!😄

17 years ago this month I deployed on my first operational tour. I was only in the army for 1 year and 1 month and only in battalion for 7 months when we went to South Armagh for a 6 week Company deployment. This was actually enjoyable well except climbing fences with ECM.

Last time I was home we found this book in an antique shop in Bushmills. A great book full of pictures of the many homecoming parades from 2008.

It's probably safe to say that 2020 didn't go as we all had planned, but setting goals and planning ahead can help bring a sense of optimism and hope. Check out our selection of 2021 #Paperblank Diaries in your local Eason store now.

So this was a gift from my parents a couple of years back, excellent piece of kit that only gets brought out for special occasions. I still haven’t decided when I will crack open the Royal Irish Bushmills.. potentially in 5 years when I’ve completed my time in the army.
