Gunnar Henderson leads Team USA with a 1.358 OPS during the WBC, yet Mark DeRosa is sending him back to the bench for tonight’s championship game. Venezuela is starting a LHP, so DeRosa is going with Alex Bregman, a RHH, at 3B and Brice Turang, a LHH, at 2B. Just strange stuff.
