Hogsmeade at Islands of Adventure. Hogwarts at the end of the street. Butterbeer in hand. The Hogwarts Express steaming at the platform. Universal built something genuinely special here and it only gets better. Florida or California version?

Did you know? WhatsApp might work on cruise ship Wi-Fi even without a data package! Tested and confirmed, it seems to send messages and media. A handy tip for staying connected at sea. #CruiseTips #TravelHacks

@seventensuited Yeah, I mean for a dollar a dumpling it’s passable right? I’d be disappointed if I paid full price. The venue definitely looks better than the food tastes. Love the Fifth Element-esq neon feel of it

@TimsTravelVlogs Tried them last week finally. Not the best, not the worst. Also did pork and chicken.

$1 dumplings in Las Vegas? 👀 Every Wednesday at New York-New York, you can get 3 dumplings for $3. Pork or chicken only for us, but honestly pretty decent for Strip prices. Definitely one of the cheaper snack finds in Vegas right now, but just don't expect quality.

New Yorker Las Vegas — floor 15, Times Square theming, a solid choice/price point. Full room tour from previous stays on YouTube. Have you stayed here?

Oga's Cantina at Galaxy's Edge, Hollywood Studios. No windows, DJ R-3X, cocktails served in ceramic alien vessels. It this Disney's best themed bar and have you been? What did you order?

@mickeyfromtheuk Shame you didn’t enjoy it as much second time around. I’m debating whether to go back in September. I almost don’t want to spoil my memory of it when I went last year. Interesting about the Plunderers Punch, they let me order it without the cup as my second drink

🏴‍☠️ Beak & Barrel - we had a brilliant time on our first visit, but this trip felt more like what might be a typical experience. It’s unlikely we'll go back, which saddens me a bit. The lounge itself is incredibly well themed throughout, and the cocktails - around $25 after tax and tip - are tasty, well made, and refreshing. The cast are all in character, full of jokes and puns, and there's plenty going on to keep you entertained. The seating arrangements, however, are not ideal. If you're not comfortable being sat up close with strangers, you won’t care for the setup. There's a mix of tables, communal tables, stools, and even standing areas. We were placed at a larger table with another party of four - them at one end, us at the other. Not ideal, but manageable. Then a cast member pulled out two additional stools and slotted them in on the open side of the table. The other couple took one look at the situation and left - I don't blame them. Even with just the six of us it was quite uncomfortable. Some guests were trying to request specific tables at the door but weren't being accommodated from what we could hear. I now understand why people try. For what it's worth, Oga's Cantina has the same issue - the bar spaces are a far better option, and you can request them at the door. The two-drink, 45-minute limit is standard, but this felt very rushed. We'd barely started our Rum Punch Royales - delicious, strong, and refreshing - when we were asked if we were ready to order our second round. I pointed out I wasn't even a third of the way through mine, at which point our server sighed and said she'd come back at the halfway point. Yes - that's exactly how this works. The menus had already been taken away with our first order, so it's not as if we'd have anything ready to order anyway. The Plunderers Punch is probably the standout drink on the menu at around $58 after tax and tip, and comes with a souvenir cup. Having already got the cup on our last visit, I asked if I could simply order the drink without it. The answer was no. It's these small, silly policies where the magic cracks a little and the corporate head pops out to greet you. Our first visit - not long after they opened - was excellent. We got seats at the bar, didn’t have to stare into the soul of other guests and had a brilliant barman who kept everything moving without ever making us feel rushed. Based on this visit, I'm not in a hurry to pay good money for it again. The drinks and theming remain great - but if you're not comfortable being seated with strangers or don't want to feel rushed through your cocktail, it may not be the experience for you. If those things don’t bother you, you’ll have a blast.

Virgin Atlantic Premium Economy on the A350-1000, LHR to JFK. The seat is the purple one. The winglet is the red one. The food is better than you'd expect. Worth it on a transatlantic? I'd say yes without hesitation. Full review coming on YouTube.

Disney Cruise Line staterooms are a level above what you'd expect. Theming runs through everything; the artwork, the toiletries, the chocolates on the pillow. This was our home for the week and loved it. Balcony cabin or inside cabin — which do you go for on a cruise? 👇

Stuck on the runway again? Heathrow's capacity means one incident creates chaos. With only two runways, delays are inevitable when one goes down. Sitting here for nearly an hour now. #TravelFail #Heathrow

They've hidden an entire world down a side alley in Florida. Gringotts, Knockturn Alley or the Leaky Cauldron for a pub lunch. Once you're through the brick wall, you genuinely forget where you are. One of the best things Universal have ever built. Diagon Alley or Hogsmeade?👇
