@PANDORA_NA so let down by cust serv at Pandora UK. Just because I didn’t inspect my parcel within 48 hrs of delivery been told that I can’t be refunded or resent items that weren’t in the package. (The box was empty!) Come on Pandora sort it out how can I ever trust you again.
@PANDORA_NA Tried that, called them (got nowhere, was hung up on), I spoke to someone online and finally submitted 2 complaints but am still waiting for a response. Will have one very disappointed daughter on Christmas Day. 😢

@PANDORA_NA how to post about an issue I’m having with Pandora in the UK? Can’t find their X feed. Always buy Pandora but now after having received little to no assistance, I’m so upset with them.
@GiveBloodNHS Had an appointment for yesterday but was cancelled but my 2 friends weren’t (they’re O+). This isn’t the first time & wonder why I bother. If they were to give a reason for cancelling then perhaps I’d understand. I’m thinking it’s because I’m A+ but I do wish they’d be honest.

@GiveBloodNHS 2nd time in a row now my blood donation appointment has been cancelled. I move my days around to accommodate you guys as you say you’re desperate for blood and then cancel so that’s a whole 8 months I’ve not been able to donate. What’s going on? Should I give up? 🤷♀️
@NatWest_Help Why is it so difficult to ask for cash from your own bank account these days without being interrogated by staff who make you feel that you’re the one trying to steal your own money!!? Absolutely appalled with the service my poor elderly father has received today.
@HomeServeUK such awful customer service you have provided to my parents. Fault at their home identified as URGENT, insufficient information passed over to sub contractors, and so much time wasted waiting on the phone without response. Problem still exists...and nothing done...

We have submitted self assessment tax returns for the last 3 year's due to paying the Child Tax penalty charge but as of 2019-2020 we no longer receive the benefit so no longer need to submit a return. How do we advise you of this?
