@Corendon_Air I was told a compensation payment would take 10-12 weeks it’s now been 14 weeks with nothing. Is there anyone I can contact to escalate this

.@Corendon_Air it’s now been 18 weeks since payment was confirmed for my refund and 6 months since the flight itself was cancelled. What’s taking so long and where is my refund?
@Corendon_Air Hi! I am trying to find someone who can advise when my delay compensation will be paid. It was approved on 5 October but I haven’t rec’d as yet. I can see in the ‘ccs’ system that the status is ‘waiting’. Can you help at all? Thanks!

Joke is they reply with wait for the responsible department that are being completely irresponsible ! Or the reply is the can’t help due to data protection!

Caution! I am an experienced frequent flyer. This airline is the worst I have ever flown with.
We had massive delays on both of our flights. @Corendon_Air promised us compensation for both flights. The money has not been paid out to date.
