@Corendon_Air My patience has gone now after 5 months. No department is dealing with anything. Corendon owe compensation and have not paid to a lot of people by the looks of it. Would be good to have some communication. I am currently going through the CAA complaints see what response they get

@Corendon_Air So my flights were cancelled in July Corendon agreed I was owed £1400 compensation. I sent all the details they asked for including IBAN and BIC numbers Corendon you closed my case on 10th November and I’ve not had 1p from you!! No one speaks! Where is my money???

@Corendon_Air As a modern, customer-oriented company, it should be possible to exchange information between departments… I don't think your „responsible department“ will manage it to process our request on their own.
