Someone is dying in ICE detention EVERY WEEK. And this regime is closing one of the offices responsible for investigating misconduct and abuse in the immigration detention system. ICE needs guardrails — yet this regime continues to let ICE's cruelty go completely unchecked.

Beware the empathy exploit. Empathy is good and right when thought through (deep), but can be deadly to civilization when simply stimulus-response (shallow). For example, releasing a repeat violent offender may feel good at first (shallow empathy for the criminal), but it is wrong to do so when that person will go on to hurt or murder innocent victims, as there should be deep empathy for future victims.

See #1 and add your driver's license for the photo. #3. Military ID's do not indicate citizenship. Citizenship is not required to be in the military. See #1. You're only required to provide the extra documentation if you've had a change in your existing voter registration, such as marriage, change in address, etc. This documentation is exactly the same documentation that's required to update your social security records, update your name on your drivers license, and even some utilities ask for a copy of your marriage certificate to update your name on the billing (this personally happened to me).
