Any name changes are documented with marriage certificates or court documents, not birth certificate. It’s shameful that you think so little of your constituents intelligence that you blatantly lie to them.

If you changed your name when you got married, take notice.    Under the SAVE Act, your driver’s license wouldn’t be enough to vote. You’d need a birth certificate that matches your current legal name. Most women who changed their name at marriage don’t have that. And getting it costs money you shouldn’t have to spend just to cast a ballot.    Republicans aren’t targeting noncitizens. They’re targeting you.

If every American voter, without a passport, decided to get a passport, as their primary form of ID, it would take 5 years to fill the requests. But Republicans want this to be in effect before the midterms. They know this, of course, so it’s obvious voter suppression.

A life, a situation, a moment… reduced to one clip and suddenly everyone is judge, jury, and executioner. Justice isn’t supposed to come from rage. It’s supposed to come from truth, from accountability, from something deeper than anger. The scariest part isn’t what happened in the video… it’s how quickly people decide someone deserves to die. If that becomes normal, then honestly… we all should be worried.
