@Divyansh91565 well before going for interview , do some research on the company look out for what they are working on and then when asked this question you can mention a specific project or area they’re focused on and explain how it genuinely aligns with your interests

Day 74/365 of GPU Programming
I always found die shots and SM diagrams beautiful but difficult to map mentally, so I've been trying to find a way to interact with GPUs in 3D.
This is what I have so far: a single input that goes through a simplified H100 execution pipeline to see what the silicon is doing at each step; from CPU-side tokenization and embedding lookup, through matmuls on tensor cores to the final softmax output.
My current plan is to make this an interactive playground that lets you zoom in and zoom out through various levels of depth (package → die → GPC → SM → tensor core) while also including step-through examples similar to the bycroft LLM 3D visualization.
Ideally this should make exploring the architectural side just as easy as mapping CUDA abstractions onto the actual hardware processes.
I'm starting with an H100 but would be fun to expand this to more GPUs and highlight the differences between generations.
This was largely inspired by @srush_nlp's GPU puzzles, @JayAlammar's Illustrated Transformers and @karpathy's makemore series, which made me think about how to study and visualize GPUs from the ground up.

Day 73/365 of GPU Programming Wanted to understand FP4 better and came across this great @Cohere_Labs talk on Training LLMs with MXFP4 and @juliarturc's amazing series on quantization So fascinating learning what makes low precision work for LLM training and inference

@ThatSneakyCoder yes I'm! will be launching it soon (hopefully)

@Tinkerbellcodes Thank you very much. Are you building something too?

Most developers never crack high-paying jobs...
Not because they can’t code —
but because they FAIL system design.
That’s the real filter.
So I’m giving away 2 powerful resources:
• System Design for Beginners
• System Design Interview Prep
Learn how real scalable systems are built.
The same concepts used at top tech companies.
This is the skill that separates ₹5L devs from ₹50L+ engineers.
Free for a limited time.
How to get it:
1. Follow me (so I can DM you)
2. Like + RT
3. Comment “COURSE”
Ill DM

So I told you guys earlier that I came 1st in an offline CP competition organized by my college for students from 1st–4th year. The award ceremony is tomorrow.
But I never received any notification about it.
I asked a senior who came 3rd and he told me he got the mail on 27th Feb. I was like… wait, what wtf?
So I messaged the coordinator to confirm if I should attend the ceremony. No response.
Then I decided to go to college ( Because of lab exam tho ) and talk in person.
When I met the professors, they told me my name wasn't even in the list of meritorious students receiving awards.
Instead, they said someone named "Divyansh Agrawal" was at 1st place.
I was like… how is that even possible?
Then they checked again and it turned out that the person listed at 1st place had my HackerRank username attached to it. And the funniest part - that same person was also showing up at 34th rank with another username.
Absolute chaos.
They said this data came from the authorities who organized the contest, so
I went to the AI dpt HOD who handled it. Initially he thought I might be mistaken, but after rechecking he realized the mix-up.
After some discussions and verification, the issue finally got rectified.
At around 5 PM my HOD called me and told me everything is fixed and asked me to attend the ceremony tomorrow at 10:30 AM.
Honestly, if I had just waited for an official message instead of going there and asking directly, a completely wrong person might have received my award.
I still don't know how something like this even happens, but yeah… this is what it is..

@jerkeyray @ThatSneakyCoder So what are those things that you wanna work on ?
English

@ThatSneakyCoder i've already given enough interviews atp to have an idea for what i need to work on to work at the places i want to, dsa won't be one of them.
