@PriestUk Very disappointed, food is good when it's delivered hot and complete, 2 out of 3 deliverys so far have had missing items! Unable to contact store phone line busy (tried for 20 minutes striaght)

@Uber_Support I'm not even after a refund I just want to know why I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my food when the app said I was next and the driver was located 10 minutes away! Ian I know why I watched him! But still not the point

@Uber_Support Thanks for your reply, I had messaged your support team, but all they are concerned about are the missing food items, which have already been credited but are avoiding the issue of the driver coming to me 40 minutes later with cold food
