We're just about a month in and now it's time to start iterating based on user feedback and the data we can see -- we didn't want to react too quickly, esp since the data was just people clicking wildly on everything at first, heh

Nice update to our redesign coming soon but scrolling through our homepage today is such a good example of what we're after — showcasing our own great work, plus lots of links and embeds to other neat stuff around the web. (Homepage traffic: up 20 percent since redesign!)

@JohnMu @Marie_Haynes I’d argue for more operators, not less. Make an easy to use operator for every assumption Google makes, like personalisation, intent, location, whether to show rich snippets, etc. Also see this thread for why that’s needed.

Hmmm...what do you think it means when a related: search on Google returns nothing? This site is a well known brand that ranks well for many competitive queries. There are very obvious competitors I would expect to see on this search. (I'm investigating a May core update drop.)
