JUST IN: The #Mets have acquired utility man Andy Ibáñez from the Athletics, per Francys Romero. Ibáñez, 33, is hitting .118 with a .285 OPS in 17 AB this season. He had 4 HR, 21 RBI and a .653 OPS in 91 games last year in Detroit. Brings versatility, has mostly played 2B and 3B.
