@RobUsry I do too and I trust that you mean it. But I’ve never met a sports fan (myself included) where that didn’t 80% boil down to winning. I think the path towards an enjoyable team is smart team building etc. I also think we gotta accept enjoying a team that doesn’t look like 17/18

Most fans want 2 things:
1) return to the 2017-2018 Tata Martino era
2) move towards more evidence-based team building powered by data/analytics and a budget savvy front office
Curiously, these are polar opposites! But the sentiment is nonetheless coherent!

@asandu Yea that’s a big part of it. And you gotta get in line behind LA, LA, and Miami, and soon NY with a real stadium. Plus half of transfers fail even if you’re smart, so 2017-2018 is just hard to find

@rcatanese Perhaps more than anything I just need to let go of the idea that 2017-2018 is coming back cuz it largely can’t. But what we can get to is sustainability and clever management backstopped by financial strength.

I was thinking Tiafoe felt more likely to cause Sinner problems, all the way up until he ran out of gas in the 5th.
I kinda don’t see path to victory for Fritz over Sinner. Although it’s always an option to just rip it and hope you don’t miss for 3 hours.

@TiotalFootball Also an S Tier album imho. I love how chill and subtle SRV’s playing is on this except the few times when Albert tells him to go tf off. And of course Albert’s lush tone and filthy bends are exquisite. You can feel the good vibes and mutual respect and love on every track.

Also, US Open needs to start the night session much earlier. I'm past the age where I can stay up til 2am to watch a 4 set match.
