People ask if I'm scared AI is going to take over my job. I’m not. 6 months ago, I hired an internal AI developer. Currently hiring a couple more. I will be ahead of the market on AI email marketing. Whatever goes on, I will be the first to know about it, implement, and adjust. Here's how we’re using AI in email marketing and where it's going: Level 1: Using AI to write your copy for you. Level 2: Using AI to build your content calendars and strategy, then write the copy. Level 3: Connecting your Klaviyo data directly to AI so it's analyzing performance, building campaign briefs, and writing copy based on what's actually working. Level 4: All of the above, but now AI is designing the emails too. Level 5: All of the above, but every single customer gets their own 1:1 email. Built specifically for them, not a segment they happen to fall into. That's where this is going. We're already at Level 3 internally and pushing toward 4. Every week our tool does something it didn't do the week before. How can it take my job if I'm the one building the best system?
